“Custom” Flickr badge

Hi Everyone here in WP support. After a few searches i really didn´t found exactly what i need. I put a flickr badge on my blog, but the width of the thumb is too small, is a little weird, i think. For my sidebar (i use blix theme) the best size is 200px width.

But the flickr small size is 240px width. How i can edit this width without affecting the xhtml compliance?
there any plugin to make this? to put a flickr thumbnails in the home page…
