Custom Font Controls reset after update

    All the custom created Font Controls are reset after updating to 2.0.1

    This affects “Theme Typography” and loses al font settings.
    the “Default Typography” works properly

    Had to rollback to 1.4.4 to get our websites looking as intended again.
    (luckily the entries/settings were still present in the database)

    Please fix so we can update

    What is happening in the customizer? Are the controls still showing but not applying the settings you have saved? or are the controls not showing at all?

    The “Theme typography” font controls are still there,
    but all settings (font-family / size / color / margin / padding etc..) are reverted to default. These settings aren’t migrated to version 2.0.

    only the “default typography” settings are migrated to version 2.0

    When we revert to version 1.4.4, all the “Theme typography” settings are still there and displayed correctly on the website.

    We’ve tested a couple of sites just now, and it looks like it’s working properly again!

    All settings and selections are still there and also working on both the dashboard and the front-end.

    Thank you very much for this lovely plugin and the quick fix!
