Custom form per product

Hello,

This is in regards to a website I am quoting on so I cannot offer you a URL as I simply want to confirm that what we need to do is possible.

Can we create custom forms per product? For instance, one product will be for member renewal and another for attending an annual event. Each of those products will need a unique form for purchasing and I need to confirm that is possible with WooCommerce.

In addition, if we use PayPal with WooCommerce is there any sort of obvious connection between the submitted forms on WordPress and the payment made through PayPal? Or, is that a non-issue as the WooCommerce area in the WordPress dashboard will note if a payment has been submitted successfully?
