Custom GET/POST argument support

    It would be very nice if it was possible to pass some arbitrary GET/POST argument to front end appointment page, e.g. reference_number. In my opinion it would be very useful for tracking source of appointment or pass any additional data used after registration (e.g. promo codes).

    Passable argument could be defined in back end and results from frontend stored as json in database. And even if it was only available via submitted form data on registration it would still be very helpful and allow very cool behaviours.
