Custom header?

I used to have my blog hosted at wordpress.com and now I moved it to ww.wp.xz.cn and am trying to find a theme that fits it but I really need one with a custom header. I am working on designing my own theme but this is going to take some time and in the mean time I need something to put on the web, so can any of the themes in the directory have a custom header? I know there are some where you can put in your own pictures, but I need one with a completely customizable header. Is this even possible on ww.wp.xz.cn? Or only available on wordpress.com?
