Hello!
I’m using this theme as it looked simple and suited very well to my needs, but I have ran into trouble with custom header picture. I added add_theme_support( 'custom-header'); to my functions.php file. Custom header “wizard” is available in my administration panel under Appearance>Header, I can upload or choose image from my computer or media library. It does not show up when I’m visiting my page. Has someone had this problem? How can it be fixed?
I’m running my website on localhost for testing purposes

I know your post is old, but there may be others with this issue.

After you modify functions.php, you have to modify the Header.php file.

Find:

<?php earthpro_branding();?>

And replace it with:
<?php if ( get_header_image() ) : ?>
<img src=”<?php header_image(); ?>” width=”<?php echo get_custom_header()->width; ?>” height=”<?php echo get_custom_header()->height; ?>” alt=””>
<?php endif; // End header image check. ?>
