Custom Header Image Wont Work.

I’m new to wordpress, currently just took our websites hosting to in house and got rid of the marketing company who was doing it all for us. The header image is not loading for anybody. When you go to the main home page its all white then there’s a small white IMG Icon in the upper left hand corner of where the header image should be. I’ve been going through forums and googling for the past 2 days and tried everything that i’ve found on the same topic but none of which answered my question or helped me fix the issue. So after a lot of wasted hours I decided to post here for help.
