Your hover and current menu colour looks gold – did you get this sorted out? Matches your header nicely!
I’ll answer your other question separately as it’s more complicated.
Sela uses a background image for the custom header, so there’s no easy way to make it clickable.
I’d suggest you give Sela’s “site logo” feature a try instead. Not only will your logo be clickable, it will scale better on smaller mobile devices, whereas the background image gets cropped.
To upload a site logo, activate the Jetpack plugin. The site logo feature will work out of the box. Head to Appearance > Customize to open the Customizer. In Site Title, Tagline and Logo, you’ll now be able to upload your logo.
