• If I use a custom header (my current one is created with elementor, but I tried with a blank wp one as well) and use the shortcode [oceanwp_nav] – the menu shows up properly on desktop, but on mobile just the burger shows up.

If you click it, the state correctly changes, but no menu is shown.

Looking through the html source, the “mobile-nav” div is actually missing!!

Was working a while ago, I recently upgraded WordPress to the latest along with elementor and everything else and as far as I know, it stopped since then.

Using one of the built in OceanWP headers the menu drop down works fine.

    Update:
It’s only the “Drop-down” style that doesn’t work.
    Fullscreen and sidebar are ok.

    Hi,

It seems the plugin conflict issue. Try to disable all the nonocean plugin and check if it is working or not. If yes, enable the one by one plugin, and refresh the page after enabling each plugin, to check the conflict issue.

    Nope 🙁

Disabled all plugins nothing, tried on another site that only has OceanWP extra and Woocommerce running and same issue.

Ok to properly test this, I created a brand new install with the latest WordPress on a different server.

Installed only OceanWP and OceanWP Extra – and it has the same issue.

    Any updates?

    Hi,

As checked it is working fine now. Have you fixed the issue?

No – I had to change the menu style to “slide out” – but this is only a temp fix, as the client doesn’t like it.

It’s the “Drop-down” style that doesn’t work – and as I said, even on a totally fresh install of WordPress.

Updated to v2 – same problem.

I’ve switched the menu back now, so you can see – it’s not even in the html.

    Hi,

Have you assigned the menu to the main menu location from the Appearance > menus page?

If yes, then It should work. Also, go to Dashboard >Theme Panel > Scripts and Style – disable all the files save and again enable all files and click on the save button a couple of times. Clear cache and now check.

    Of course.

Have you tried it? On a fresh install?
