custom headers

    When I try to upload a custom header to a particular theme (e.g. Indore 1.0.1), it asks me for my user name and password. When I enter this information, it doesn’t seem to work and keeps on asking me for the same information. This same info works when I just go into my blog via wp-admin.

    Any thoughts as to the problem?

    Help!
    Our Webmaster has left us. We signed on with BlueHost, but our site header was changed in the transition to generic images. We want our customized images back. Can they be retrieved? If so, how?
    I am an old dog learning new tricks and don’t understand all the lingo.
    Please deal in simple terms and gently.
