Custom Icon

Hello,

I just used added this code:

into my header.php to allow me to upload a custom icon on the header, but everything is out of the correct size. I was wondering what I should do to allow for everything on the homepage to remain in the default layout, but still add my custom icon logo? My site is http://www.bioenix.com
