Custom icon image?

    Hi! Great plugin! Unfortunately, the little blue icon doesn’t work well with our website colors. We tweaked the code to put in our own icon, but we have to do it over again with each update. Would you be open to including a ‘upload custom icon’ option in the Settings on your next update?

    Is it you want to have your own specific icon to indicate an external link or you simply would want a choice of several options (so it is not blue and clashing with the website colors)?

    Hi Mike! As a designer, being able to upload my own icon would be most valuable to me personally, to be able to maintain consistency across the site in icon styles and families. But having options is not a bad idea either, and could do in a pinch.
