Custom icons makes Elementor work wrong

I have uploaded Custom icons to work on my client website, I created my icons in Illustrator, went to fontello to make the .zip file. As soon as I upload the .zip file, the Elementor toolbar stops working properly, the elementor menu disappears, the toolbar just shows the name of the widget, the control of the objects also disappears. I have asked for support in Elementor’s website, they said to increase the memory for the Php, done, change the Theme, done, change the CSS Print Method to Internal Embedding, done. Nothing seems to work. Any ideas, please help, I need to finish my job on this website
