This is NOT true.
Please check ALL the previous support requests from “PREMIUM” clients like myself who purchased the top tier plan result = absolutely ZERO communications let alone support.
You have a GREAT plugin but you have to take care of your PAID clients … which you are NOT doing.

@codeparrots – Odd, as neither myself or others have been receiving support to various requests whether its via here, website contact page facebook page or Twitter, and that’s on the PRO paid for version.

I second rubberneil … no communications let alone support has been received regardless of how we, as PAID PREMIUM clients, have tried to contact you.
