The custom form on my dev site (http://theoyster.ca/WordPress/) is sending the message (as expected) but isn’t adding user info to mailchimp list. I’m not sure if it’s even triggering.

The custom form is displayed via short code and a return in functions.php. I don’t know if this affects it in any way.

Following instructions from another post:

Yes, I have selected the mailchimp list.

Field names in mailchimp.com are:
– Email address (type email) (*|EMAIL|* or *|MERGE0|*) required
– Name (type text) (*|NAME|* or *|MERGE1|*) not required

Sorry for the delay in getting back. Our support on custom forms is limited, but I’ll see what we can do. First we would need to test your form and also check the code.
