Custom Labels

I’m working on a form and I have 2 needs:

1. I want to make the text of certain LABELS bold (not the form response field items) — example from my form, I want to have the “VOLUNTEER INTERESTS” label bold
2. I want to remove the blank line that separates the LABEL from the form response item — example: the blank line between the “TUTORING” label and the checkbox for it
