custom link doesnot work

    hi,
    custom link in menu section is not working…….i could not add custom link in menu section………how to solve this??

    jeesjees , can you explain more about your problem?

    What happens when you go Dashboard:Appearance>Menus
    You add a custom link like this and then press Save on the right side

    If this is a plugin or theme conflict, you can try install HealthCheck plugin and try to use Troubleshooting mode. Does this help?

    hi,
    thank you for your response….
    when i click on the custom link , it does not open like this….
    so i could not add link & text to it and also could not add to menu

    hi,
    i checked site health….there were no critical issues…….
    my site health status is good
