Custom Link for Images

Hi all. I’m using Woocommerce’s Storefront theme and I’d like my images to link to a custom URL (affiliate link) and open in a new tab. I’ve been searching for a plugin or other solution and haven’t had any luck. Any assistance on this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
