custom link widget

I’ve had a look around but I cant seem to find anything that does this.

Is there a widget that allows you to build custom links….

ie just a list of fields, in which you just put a link name and a URL. the output being just a list of links to whatever you want, either internally, externally or whatever??

This would be a really simple way of creating a menu.

If you could create multiple instances and Combined with something like widget logic this could be really flexible….
