Custom Links for each attribute term

Everything seems to work great. However, I’d like to be able to add “custom” URLs for each product attribute term. The option to link to the actual Taxonomy archive is great, but it would also be nice to have a field for adding custom URLs to each one instead.

I found this code that works without your plugin. However, as soon as I enable your plugin (to move the attributes into the Short Description area), the custom URLs I set with their code no longer links:

Any thoughts on how to edit this snippet, or on adding this feature to your own plugin in the future? Thanks!
