Hi guys, is there a way to include Custom Links in the breadcrumbs?

the top-level menu item is a custom link with # (basically a menu placeholder) below that would be menu items.

    Example: Services > Service 1
(in this example “Services” is a top-level menu custom link with #.
Breadcrumb should be: Home > Services > Service 1

    Thank you.

Yes, you would need to edit the code by using a filter. This guide explains more: https://kb.yoast.com/kb/implement-wordpress-seo-breadcrumbs/#pathway.

Unfortunately, there’s a difference between the support we can offer and the level of programming needed to change (core) features of our plugin. Since we don’t want to take the risk that we break your website by suggesting incorrect or incomplete code, we cannot advise you on how to make such changes. And even though we cannot be of any assistance, you’re completely free to change anything in the plugin to better suit your needs.

If needed, we highly recommend checking out the Yoast supported partners here: https://yoast.com/yoast-partners/.

We will also leave this open for 7 days in case someone from the community can help. After 7 days we will close it to keep the overview.
