Custom listings by hook?

    Hello,

    what are the possibilities to add own listings in the table of contents?

    On an individualized website, we had to implement the h1 title of the website via Custom Fields. Accordingly, the title is not part of the contents and thus not recognized by the plugin.

    We can add the jump tag to the HTML code of the h1 title. However, we need a hook that lets us add a list item.

    Any ideas?
