Custom login

Hello. I’m using a custom login php script in my site, so the viewers need to be logged to access some features. But in the mobile version, running a wptouch pro version, I cannot merge this feature to run properly. I need some directions to start, something like where to put a script, create a page, etc. Please help me, cause we bought your plugin with that in mind.
