Custom made mobile version supercache?

Hey guys! Thank you for your amazing plugin. Here is a deal though. I ve got a custom made mobile website version from a third party developer. This mobile version is activated through a js and css right under the header. But it seems to me that wp supercache for these mobile pages is not generated. Could you look into this issue?
