Custom Main / Top Navigation – Help

Hello,

I would like to add pages to my top navigation, but I would like to have what is listed change depending on what page you’re on.

So for example if you had a site covering different topics the topics that were related appeared in the top nav and then ones that were not related, disappear.

I was able to do this in the side bar with widget logic plugin, but I would like to do it in the top navigation. Any plugin suggestions or work arounds?

How can I accomplish this? Thank you for you’re time. I would very much appreciate the help!
