Custom Map limit pan extent

I have created a custom, non-real world coordinate map, using MapTiler.
It works great.
I would like to limit the pan extent to the extent of the map so users don’t accidentally pan so far that they only see a blank background and thus get lost.

It there a setting to accomplish this?
