Custom Markup in Maps

I am interested in putting custom markup into info boxes that come up when clicking on a point, as well as the list that appear beneath.

In version 2.2, we had previously done this through modifying the js code that writes to the page. However in the newer versions where the js is minified, this is not an option.

any direction on how we could do this would be greatly appreciated.

The markup that we’re looking to add are links to detail pages for the store locations.
