Hi there,
As much as we would love to answer each and every user, this costs our company thousands in salaries. We received hundreds of inquires each month for various users.
To keep our operations cost low and therefore the price of our premium version low, we ask users to read our FAQs, user guides, watch the video tutorials, and read any troubleshooting guides to keep the load off our support agents.
The support agents are already working hard daily to fix bugs and troubleshooting the technical concerns of our paid users. This is due to the fact that there are hundreds of ways to set up a WordPress site and therefor can introduce many technical challenges.
We kindly ask users not to duplicate their queries on our support system (https://stylishcostcalculator.com/support) and the WordPress forum channel. This adds extra load on us and slows down the response to other users waiting for a response from us.
We wish you luck and success in setting up your calculator and enhancing the experience of your site for your visitor.

For my ticket created, as I didn’t get any feedback from your side, Kindly advise if there is any update?
