    Hi there,

You need to use 2 menu items and then hide/show the menu items based on the user status. If you don’t see the settings illustrated here https://docs.wpusermanager.com/article/325-wordpress-menu-manager it’s high likely there’s a conflict with something else installed onto your site. I’d suggest you start disabling plugins one by one to see if any of them is causing the issue.

Once you can see the menu settings, you need to link the login page created by WPUM there and display the menu item to logged out users only. Then create a custom link and enable the option “set as logout url” and make sure to set the visibility to logged in users only.

Thank you somuch for your quick feedback.

By the way i had tried it already and i have only one another plug in installed, from my hosting provider for seach engine visibility.

I am using Enfold theme , and i ahd contacted them also, they asked to instal a child theme, which i had already done.

By the way its also not showing in my localhost domain also, same theme, no other plugins…(bitnami)

Have you tried temporarily disabling the enfold theme and enable one of the default WP’s theme to see if the issue persists?

Yes … Its workkd well with default themes…

I had created a thread in Enfold support, https://kriesi.at/support/topic/custom-menu-5/

Do you have any possible solution..?

    @alessandrotesoro

I had solved most of it by

    1. removing the theme

    2. install the plugin and make menuu options in the default wordpres theme

    3. reinstalling the theme….

Now its working fine, ie different menu for different users… thanks alot

BUT HAVE A SMALL ISSUE: The login menu button shows as logout after login in
but while clicking logout its not working….

is there is anyway to resolve it..?

Do you have any caching plugin installed? Can you show me a screenshot of your login and logout menu items settings?

Thank you so much for your support…
I had correct it again… Followed the following way found in the blog, by which i had edited the logour button pointe=ing to the cutom url as described below….

The logout link for your WordPress site looks like this:

    http://example.com/wp-login.php?action=logout

Don’t forget to replace example.com with your own domain name.

You can access this link directly in your browser window to log out of your WordPress site.

When you visit the WordPress logout link, it will take you to a warning page. You will need to click on the log out link to confirm that you really want to log out.

Again thanking you somuch for the frequesnt replies and wonderful plugin ….
