Custom menu color

Hi all,
I’m trying to customize color of primary menu. I changed color in all css files or php files but still the color isn’t changed.

Also I checked website in developer mode and I can see that blue (#104cca) color is loaded but rewrite with some script in header.

Please do you know where to change color of primary menu?
