I have an activity scheduled for Feb. 4th that I have set up a custom notification for with the Notification Add on. The event name is The Ayurvedic Diet: A Clear Path to Better Health. I test this booking but the notification email does not get sent.

Hello Lauren, sorry, ww.wp.xz.cn doesn’t allow us to provide support for paid add-ons on their forums, can you contact me at [email protected]?

Make sure Booking Activities and its add-ons are up to date, and test with the “Asynchronous notifications” option turned OFF in Booking Activities > Settings > Notifications tab. You can also read this blog post about scheduled notifications to understand how they are triggered.
