• We’ve been using this excellent plugin for a few years without any issues. However in the last 24 hours there have been threee instances where a group of order numbers have been “skipped”. The first time: 31221-31228 are missing – the second time 31232-31235 are missing – and the third time 31241 – 31250 are missing. Link to admin page screenshots below.

We’re currently using Custom Order Numbers for WooCommerce v1.11.0, WooCommerce v10.1.2 and WordPress v6.8.2.

No modifications have been made recently and there are no errors being recorded.

    Welcome your guidance. TIA.

Quick follow up… order numbers are continuing to be skipped. Sometimes just one, sometimes more. There doesn’t seem to be any pattern.

Hopefully we can get an answer ASAP as this is directly affecting our ability to fulfill and track orders.

    Thank you.

After reaching out to the developers directly I received a response. They’ll be reviewing our website to try and determine the cause. Will report back.
