Custom Order Page in WordPress

    I’ve a WordPress website where I am trying to add a custom order page similar to the below link:

    I would like to do it in raw PHP and would like to know from the experts if that would be ok to proceed. Similarly I’ll be handling the same in the dashboard I mean the order details. Though not that sure, if I can make it work as I can do it in a customized website using raw PHP but hoping this would be fine to work with.

    I would do that form with the Pro version of the Formidable plugin and could either take payment directly through a plugin (like their Stripe integration) or hook it into WooCommerce.
