• I’m using the plugin for the first time and I want to change the order received page’s slug. When I change it in the Settings from lp-order-received to order-received it stops working and redirects to 404 after order is completed. I’ve tested on default theme/settings and its still doesn’t work as expected. If i reset it to lp-order-received , it works again. What am I doing wrong or what am I missing?

I did that both in the plugin’s settings and in WP’s settings but still no effect. The route /course-checkout/order-received just doesn’t work even on a brand new setup only with the plugin inside.

Okay I’ve managed to find what causes the issue. If I disable the Woocommerce plugin it works as expected. It is weird because there is no route conflict or anything. Any ideas why might this be happening and how to fix it? We need to have both plugins working.

I’m joining this thread, because I can’t get learnpress to work with woocomerce either.>For some reason, despite having differentiated products, it hangs and does not allow you to enroll in a course.

I had to disable woocomerce, but I need both to be active. I already tried the learnpress and wocomerce integration plugin and it doesn’t work either.

I managed to get both working together with any other custom slug but ‘order-received’. There is probably some mix-up in the database or queries that so far I can’t debug.

Can you give me more details about what you did, please?
Because I have custom slugs, but I don’t know what you changed to make it work.

    Hi,

Please be sure the page of the LearnPress plugin is different from the page of Woocommerce, you can’t set a page for two systems. If use our premium add-on, you can create a ticket on our support system, and our team will check for you.
This forum only supports for LearnPress plugin, not the premium add-on.

carolinavilladiego I’ve just changed the custom permalink for the page after payment has been confirmed to ‘order-confirm’ and then when to settings of the plugin > permalinks and clicked save.
brianvu-tp I’m not using premium plugins and woo and lp use different checkout pages. I have no idea why only one post payment slug that is not even the same as woo’s one bugs out, but I will use my workaround for the moment
