I’ve got an issue whereby when the WooSync happens, some of our orders have been marked as dispatched (custom order status). However because this isn’t one of the default order statuses, it doesn’t attribute the transactions for that customer to count towards their total value.

How do I go about adding the custom Order Status into Jetpack CRM so it can be mapped?

  • Hi @browndogagency ,

How are you creating the custom order statuses in Woo? Since it appears to require custom code/a plugin, it’s likely we won’t be able to help with this.

That said, if you’ll let me know how you’re creating the custom order statuses, I may be able play around with it enough to submit an issue.

    Hi,

Sorry I missed the reply to this thread.

The statuses are being added by using the Woocommerce plugin “Order Status Manager” which is a plugin by SkyVerge.

    Hi @browndogagency,

Thank you for letting us know! Our development team has taken a look and we believe it’ll be a great feature to allow custom order status mapping to our core feature. We have added this feature request to our board.

We don’t have an ETA yet, but we’ll update here once we know more. Thanks!
