Custom PayPal Payment & Notification

    Hello,
    My site sells Goods and Services. I need to adjust payment and notification system for Services only. The Goods sale must not be effected and will use main PayPal account!!!
    My goal: I have two offices to serve customers (USA and Canada). When customer from USA buys my service I need to collect PayPal payment to my PayPal-1 and send email to customer with my USA office address. Same for Canada, when customer from Canada buys my service I need to collect PayPal payment to my PayPal-2 and email customer my Canadian office address.
    Is there any plug-ins available or should I ask for custom coding?
