Custom PHP code for column not rendering

I’ve have this code in the custom code part of Shortcodes Pro, but it doesn’t work and messes up the page.

Obviously, I’m not much of a dev. Can anyone point out what’s wrong and how to fix?

@matt: any chance you can provide your custom shortcode pro code for the columns shortocode you have on the youtube video?
