Custom Post categories are not displaying posts correctly.

    On my website I have regular posts, and two categories where I post my stories: “Novels” and “Fanfics”.
    The CPT Fanfic category is still empty, but I believe the same thing that happens in Novels will happen there.

    In CPT Novels I have two categories:

    Mahou Tias
    A Guarda da Flor – Genesis

    The Mahou Tias category is showing all the posts it was supposed to show, plus one more post from the A Guarda da Flor – Genesis category.

    And in the end, a page is being created that gives an error when it loads.

    All of this is happening on the public page of the site.

    The category “A Guarda da Flor – Genesis” is showing 10 posts from the “Mahou Tias” category, and none from the “A Guarda da Flor – Genesis” category.

    The link structure is correct, but something is wrong with the hierarchies when they appear at the top of the post.

    Furthermore, MANY pages are being created with errors, as if there were dozens of posts, each page with 10, but only the first 2 work.

    You might think I categorized incorrectly, but no, in the WordPress admin, within the CPT Novels categories, the Mahou Tias category shows 119 posts, which is correct, and the A Guarda da Flor – Genesis category shows 10, which is also correct.

    My support period with the company that built my website has ended, so I’m looking for help to try and resolve this myself.

    My biggest bet at the moment is that WordPress doesn’t include custom post types in category archives by default, so you’ll want a snippet like https://developer.ww.wp.xz.cn/reference/hooks/pre_get_posts/#comment-3296 to get it included in what’s queried for. You’ll want to change $query->is_main_query() to $query->is_category() though.

    but at the moment, I have an other possibility.

    The agency that builds my site used Oxygen to make the template. These plugin is out of the date, and I can’t update it.

    Some WordPress logs, sayst that this plugins is using deprecated php code.

    Pobable I will have to rebuid the template,

    Definitely possible that the usage of Oxygen builder isn’t configured or able to be configured to display multiple post types.

    Excuse for no posting updates. In touch with the agency that builds my site, thei confirmed that te problem is Oxygen. And we are in negociations to migrate to Bricks.
