custom post queries not showing

I want to use this plugin to show coupons (from ‘coupon creater ‘ this plugin. I have selected query type as coupons. but on grid page it is not showing . I tried to change layout optioNs also .is it possible to use your plugin for this purpose. Will surely purchase pro version as well for additional features. please help . Thanks
