Custom Post Template

Hi

Wonder is someone can point me in the right direction;
I want to create a custom post template, using custom fields;

I know how to do it using custom fields but I want to post page in the admin to be set out already; I hope that makes sense;

Almost create a template for adding a post, is this possible?
