    Hi, I have a site built in Divi using a custom post type.

    I need to give the option to print out the info as PDFs.

    I’ve created a template and added the [e2pdf-download id=”1″] shortcode to the Theme Builder – but nothing shows up on the post to enable the download?

    Am I missing something?

    Hi,

    Are you able to export needed data from backend directly via “E2Pdf” -> “Export”? If shortcode truncated, recheck if E2Pdf Template connected to correct post type. If it’s correctly, can you please share screenshot how [e2pdf-download id=”1″] shortcode inserted in frontend? Thank you.
