Custom Post Type permalinks breaks pagination

Hi there,

First thing, your plugin is fantastic! Ive saved tons of efforts thanks to you! But im having an issue with custom post types and pagination links. The fact is that it ignores the slug rewrite defined in functions.php, and builds the url directly agains the home url.

I’m going to change it in my distribution, but it would be great to see it work!

Also, it wouldn’t be bad to support wordpress numbered pagination, instead of next and previous links 😉
