Custom Post Type Private Posts and Trash Not Displaying

It seems I am having a problem with displaying post statuses in the admin. I’ve installed the custom post type “employment” but for some reason when I visit the panel in my admin, logged in as an administrator, the trash and private posts are not displaying. When I click on either one of them, just a list of published posts comes up again but neither my trash nor private posts are showing up.

Has anyone run into a problem like this?
