Custom post type search form?

Hi all,

Please forgive if this is in the wrong section!!!

I am looking for a plug-in (free or paid as long as it does the job) that will allow me to put a search function on a page/post that will require a specific post/page/gallery ID.

the idea is to use this form in conjunction with the Sunshine plugin so that when a gallery is created in the Sunshine plugin is created a viewer/user can use the search function to jump straight to the gallery.

I am sure that this has already been asked for and has a solution for it, however I am not great with coding so do not know what I am looking for in terms of type of plugin etc.

Any advice or points in the right direction plugins appreciated.
