Hello, Our site is using PublishPress Future 3.0.4 along with the Directories Pro plugin. The directory plugin creates custom post types for business listings.

When I check the PublishPress post types page, the directory listings are available for customization.

However when I choose an action such as “Keep all current terms and add new terms,” the taxonomies are recognized in the dropdown, but the terms list is blank: https://postimg.cc/HjyVvXCZ

How can I have PublishPress recognize the taxonomy terms?

Hello, I’m using the free version of the PublishPress Future plugin, when I viewed this page https://publishpress.com/publishpress-support/ I was directed to go to these support forums since I’m not using the Pro version.

Is there a support ticket system for free users that I’m overlooking?

Hi @rcweeklys. Yes, this is the right place for general support on the Free version of PublishPress Future.

However, things get more complicated when other Pro plugins are involved. The WordPress forums don’t want us supporting commercial plugins here. And we don’t have a copy of Directories Pro to test.
