Custom Post Type Template

I’m using WordPress 4.1.1, Genesis 2.1.2, and the Magazine Pro Child Theme. Here’s the site.

I’m trying to figure out how to create a custom post template that behaves similar to this post.

Essentially, I need the “image column” to scroll while the Primary Sidebar and “Content Column” remain stationary, all while being editable from the post editor.

Any ideas on how to go about doing this?
