CUSTOM POST TYPE TRANSLATION

hi,
your plug-in work perfectly when I want to add the custom_taxonomy_slug

but I’m using WPML for translation and I need to have the custom_post_name instead of the custom post slug /%custom_post%/%custom_taxonomy_slug%/%postaname%

in the link of my page I need to have /our-basque-country/ instead of /notre-pays-basque

every custom post is traduced with WPML and was working well but the custom_taxonomy_slug was missing, that’s why I use your plugin

How can I fix this problem and have good URL translation with you plugin for my custom posts
