Short answer: No. But you can use my plugin Ultimate Post List Pro with way more options, e.g. to select the desirend custom post type.

Long answer: If you can code with PHP: Yes. Use the filter hook rpwwt_widget_posts_args to change the query arguments to get the posts of the desired pustom post type. The filter provides one parameter which contains an array of the query arguments.
