    Can this plugin be extended to cover the possibility of cloning custom post types, such as those you can define in functions.php?

    It would be great to clone these custom post types, but the option doesn’t exist.

    Hi @brochite

    You can enable the plugin functionality for custom post type posts from WordPress dashboard > Settings > Duplicate Post > Permissions > Enable for these post types.

    I have created a custom post type named “oil-paining” using the plugin Custom Post Type UI and enabled the settings for the custom post type. Kindly check the screenshots here and here.

    Hi Mushrit (@611shabnam),

    I apologize for bothering you. I looked in the settings for your plugin but somehow missed the second tab. I expected it to be on the first tab: “What to Copy.” I missed the second tab: “Permissions.”

    It’s great to hear you have another plugin, “Custom Post Type UI.” I prefer to use PHP since I tend to collect plugins like the kid in the candy store. However, I appreciate knowing about it!
