Future Actions are only visible in Standard Posts.

They are not visible with custom post types.

CPT were created with the CPT UI Plugin

Have you select the custom post type that you registered using CPT UI plugin in this section?

I created the CPT using CPT UI and it becomes an option under the dropdown.
